Hello,if you remove the packet data from your mobile phone that simply means you will not be able to connect your browser,the only thing you can do to the packet data is either to CONNECT/DISCONNECT.
you can achieve this by the instructions provided below,
MENU>SETTINGS>CONNECTIVITY>PACKET DATA>PACKET DATA CONNECTION.from the option there you will see "WHEN NEEDED" you will be asked either to be "ALWAYS ONLINE" OR "ASK FIRST".

Cannot browse the internet i should subscribe to

Hi,
Here is the procedure for subscribing to packet data:
Menu--settings--connectivity--packet data--packet data settings--edit active access point--packet data access point. Once you are at this point you will be required to type in a name for your access point: Type in "Internet" and then save your settings and exit back to standby screen.
You should now be able to browse the internet.
