Here are a few things you can try. If you have two accounts on the PC, try to logon into both to see if the problem occurs on both. If you don't have two accounts, create a second one and try it. Check those internet security settings to see if any of the buttons are greyed out. If it only happens on one account, check and compare the registry registry settings below to see if they match and see if they match those of the working account.

"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\1"
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\2"
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\3"
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\4"

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\1"
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\2"
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\3"
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\4"

Good luck.

Cant get into my email messag

Now which email account do you have >????

Most email users experience that dread of realizing they can't access their messages at some point, but the trick is not to panic.
Microsoft has procedures in place to help you get back into your Hotmail and see what is waiting for you in your inbox.

Check you username and password.
Hotmail passwords are case sensitive, so something as simple as having your caps lock on can keep you from accessing your account.
Double check to be sure you are typing both your username and password exactly how you created them.
Reset your password. If you haven't logged into your Hotmail in some time and suspect you might be using the wrong password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Hotmail log-in page.
On the next screen, follow the prompts to enter your email address and the given security verification code.
Click "continue" and on the next screen, select the option that allows you to answer your pre-set security question.
This is a question you supplied when you set up your Hotmail account.
After correctly answering the question, you will be prompted to reset your password.

Clear your browser history and temporary Internet folders if you are continually getting a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message when you log in.
The exact procedure for doing this depends on your operating system and browser.
If you continue to get see this message, it could indicate a problem with the Hotmail server.
Check the status of the network on a site like Down Right Now that reports server problems on popular sites.
Submit a support request on the Windows Live page.
On the Windows Live site, select "Hotmail" under "Standard Services."
A search screen will open that will allow you to check out a variety of Hotmail related support topics.
At the bottom of that screen, choose "get more help" and then "support."
A support form will open for you to complete and submit to the Hotmail team.
You will receive an answer within 24 hours.
Note that you will need a second email account that you can access so that the Hotmail support staff can send you your answer.

Cant get on to live.com

You may notice occasionally that your MSN or Hotmail/Windows Live account has been locked by Microsoft. Due to this, you are unable to login to your email account. You may not even access your Windows Live Messenger. This typically occurs when your account was compromised. Someone may have hacked into your account or stolen your password. Windows Live offers a systematic process to recover and unlock your account. You will need an alternate email address to perform this task.

Navigate to Windows LiveID Account Recovery help page. Read the instructions and click "Continue" twice. Type an alternative email address in the box under Contact Email Address. Click "Continue." Log in to your alternate email account. Open the email from "Windows Live." Click the link provided to you in the email. This will take you to the password recovery process. Type a new password and retype it to confirm. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset. Try to log in to your MSN account using any of the MSN products, including Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger. You will be able to access your MSN account.

I can get into windows live but cannot access hotmail. i have tried everything is just makes several attempts and eventually errors out. This have gone on for more than 24 hours. Help!

Messenger could log in automatically because the password has been saved on your PC. What to do if you wish to sign-into your MSN Messenger on another machine, or want to recover your password so that you can access Hotmail?

I would like to introduce you a very good MSN Password Recovery software. This software can help you recover and decrypt forgotten or lost passwords for MSN Messenger, Windows Live Messenger and Windows Messenger accounts in seconds.
