Have you actually checked the drain pump to be sure? It doesn't take much to clog the drain pump and cause slow draining issues. I've seen items as small as a cotton swab or toothpick stop the impeller on these pumps. The following link explains the "F02" error and how to check it:

You may be correct and have an electrical connection problem to the drain pump, but this is not common. You should also make sure you are using HE detergent and read the label carefully when you do. Some of these detergents are double (2X) and triple (3X) concentrated.
