Sounds like the pictures are hidden. Take out the memory card of the acmera and plug it in to a computer that has a card reader. Click the file and folder options of your computer then click the box that says SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS. You should be able to view your pictures now using the computer.
take the driver back out. restart the computer dose it say new hardware found. if not check if cable is properly connected. or plug it in another usb port. then reinstall driver..
There is also free software hardwre identifier it checks all the hardware on your computer see if that can see your camera. GOOD LUCK
Try disconnecting the knock sensor see if it will at least fire if it dose replace the knock sensor. But the problem could be with the vehicle speed sensor mounted in the tail stock of the transmission. Bolth of these sensor create an ac voltage that the pcm uses as referance voltages to control the timing for the engine under differant opperating condutions and would tell the computer that there is a problem with the cam and crank pisition sensors at the same time. Ican't say for sure but it sounds like this vary well could be the source of your problem good luck

The cam phaser I would say wounds most like lifter noise from a 70s car, that ticking noise. At least the really loud cam phasers do sound like that. Some are not quite so noisy. My '06 has a bit of that ticking lifter type noise to it.,
Theres only 6 different V70 models to choose from and 3 different engines. Look at the back cam shaft, at the back of the head, it should be in that area.
