My NokiaN70 is in the offline mode and I cant get to be in the online mode. On start up it asks continue using the phone in offline mode, when I press the No button it does not respond but continues to offline mode...Pls help!

when you insert your sim card and press ok when it ask you whether you would like to continue in offline mode . once your phone starts go to the settings option and click the master reset or restore factory setting. once restored swtich off your phine without removing the sim card and then switch it on after 5 mins . it should solve your problem

Go to your profile menu and select the profile you want to use is example:"General" Then it should ask you if you want to go online. Click Yes.

if you have inserted the sim in proper way and is ok then select "yes" or confirm it will work fine

Just select settings, profile select the offline mode and it will be activated.
Or, you can switch off the phone, remove the sim card and switch on, it will ask "use phone in offline mode" click yes and phone eill be on in offline mode. When you insert sim card it will still ask the same question select any of your mind and enjoy your phone

Your phone likely to be offline mode automatically when it might not have detected your SIM Card. the Sim may not have been place in well. off your phone and check the SIM if it was properly inserted. on it again and your nokia cell phone will ask you if you still want to continue in offline mode? click no. and the offline settings will change.

offline means mobile network is off. you want to change means put ur sim ,then swithch on ur mobile,mobile asking "continue offline mode" you select no. now ur network is shown in display

Power OFF your phone. Then Power ON. While powering ON, the device will ask if you want to continue in offline mode. Select NO. This should take your phone to Online mode.

Ok let me give you solution about this problem....
Offline mode is the mode in cell phones which barred your every calls sms and even your internet connection simply you can say that...
It stops all of your connection......and you can use only those things which do not need the connection or network.
So to deactivate this offline mode their is two way
1. You can restart your phone after inserting sim card and if the sim card is in good condition and readable then the cell phone will ask you wheather to continue in offline mode?
Just press no that is upper right button of your cell phone and it will be deactivated.
2. Just press on/off button gently and it will show you profile i.e. to select mode
General, silent, meeting etc. you can select any of them except offline mode.and again it will be in normal mode.i hope that it will help you,
