Question about Allied Telesyn AT AR220E Router
There is a way to reset it by connecting a straight rj45 between port 1 - 4 and press the uplink to in position then connect power for 5-10 sec onces the self test goes out it should be reseted try again...

You will need to hard reset the whole unit unfortunatly, there should be a reset button on the back of the unit that would do that for you
you might need a sharp head to do that, usually hold that button down for 5 seconds and it will reset your device, you will have to go back and re-set up your network tho.
make sure you find the manual first to get the default log in and password. i believe they are
Log in; admin
please check manual before resetting because you might lose connection.
