Sorry I can't help you but maybe you can help me. I also ordered a set of these Anbotek DVD headrest players on ebay a few months back and trying to figure out how to install them in the minivan. Did you get any instructions? If so how did you get power to them so they work? Any help would be appreciated. thanks
cheak ur dvd player or your screen and make sure that u have a good and strong ground and make sure no wires are loss and if that dont work then cheak the monitors wires and make sure they not loss
I believe Vizualogic has serious quality problems. I had RT20 installed and it was defective to start with. The headphones did not work on one unit and the other unit made a loud sound when it was turned on. I had the units replaced. The new units had a new problem - Disc Error. The players were not able to read the discs. The installer tried another unit and it also had the same disc error problem. Interestingly, the word disc was spelled as DSIC - can you believe the quality control on Vizualogic prodict?
The installer then found that a wire had come loose in one of the units. He applied some tape to hold the wire in place. The unit seemed to transmit sound again. Well, a broken connection, disc error in multiple units and incorrect spelling was enough to turn me off. I am now trying to get some other brand installed.
Do the headrests detach?? If they do, you can buy the pair of 7" headrest DVD/Monitors all-in-one from Farenheight (made by Jensen). I have used these several times. Not only do the headrests match, but the product lasts too! The best part is that they are about 1/2 the price of many others.
Try checking the line in from the video distribution block. A black cable under the seat that is probably zip tied to the frame. There should be a point in the cable that is a plug(maybe wrapped in protective foam tape) just unplug and replug the cable.
you need to connect the light green wire (brake) to the ground wire.
depens where you live but in THE USA is illegal and you may get a traffic citation
Unable to load dvd into slot, seems like a blockage
