A TV is calibrated by the factory to provide a "standard" picture that attempts to appeal to the vast number of buyers who take the set home. To adjust a TV picture that is too green, you must first enter the hidden "service menu" that technicians use. Adjusting the colors to remove the green cast will save you the cost that would otherwise be incurred from a TV technician coming to your home. No special tools are needed, nor any expertise in how the TV works.
Press the power button on the remote of a TV whose picture is too green in order to turn it on.

Since you have replaced the Color Wheel, it sounds like you have not adjusted the Index Delay in the service menu. First reset all of the picture settings you have adjusted back to original factory settings. Then on your Samsung TV Remote and with the TV OFF, Press Mute,Power,123. This will turn on the set and put you in the Service menu. Look for the top setting and select or scroll to the OPTION setting and select and look for INDEX DELAY and select that. Once you have the Index Delay selected use the right and left buttons on the remote to adjust for a picture the has no abnormal coloring and while looking at a program adjust for when the blacks look black with no abnormal coloring. Once that is done, turn off the set then turn the set back on. Now the picture should look normal.

Try to adjust it in the Service Alignment Mode (SAM).
Press 062596 followed by the STATUS button (upper left). Navigate to "White Tone", press the right key to enter and select "Normal" mode. Set the colors:
Red = 135, Green = 128, Blue = 133.
The "Cool" and "Warm" menus are deltas from the "Normal" settings:
COOL: R -3, G -1, B 5 WARM: R 2, G -3, B -13
Press the "MENU" button to return to the main menu, then the "Power" button to turn the TV off.
try opening up the back and the chip with the thousands of mirrors can be adjusted and the should be 4 screws holding it in place but then you could also be pplaying with the focus as well i'd recommend it being a two person job
Is this happening when you are switching between color tempature (Normal,Warm, and Cool). You wont be able to access it in normal menu.
You will have to accesss the service tech menu. enter "062596 then info", if u enter the code correct at bottom of screen you will see a warning menu only access by a service tech , continue in menu you will see on main option screen "alignment" enter this. Go to white point adjust the three temp settings (Normal, Warm, and Cool) settings as follows.
Color Temp. I Red I Green I Blue I
Cool 122 120 121
Normal 125 118 108
Warm 127 110 75
( These are factory specs u can tweak them to your own perference)
After u set these press left on remote and exit back to main service menu and store these setting before turning TV off set these settings
I see this alot when Philips manufactured the TV. The did store the settings.
Do not automatically think you need to go into the service menu. I bet you 100 to 1 that you pulled out a plug or a connector somewhere OR one is not seated into the plug all the way. If the set worked with color before you messed with it, there is not a problem in the service menu. The service menu is not the fix all thing. it is there to make fine alignments and adjustments, and as a matter of fact, messing with a service menu even with the service manual is very dangerous. I have seen peeps ruin TV sets by messing around with the service menu alignments. STAY out of these alignments. they are not going to fix a problem that all of a suddenly comes up. Repair the problem in the circuit first. Good Luck
