It seems Panasonic discontinued the CF-73 and there is no updated drivers to support Windows 7. Sorry.

I forgot my password for my panasonic tough book cf-73,what can i do

You could go into safe mode and change your password, you can do this by tapping f5 key when system is starting up, then go to your control panel then into user accounts. Just make sure you are logging in as the administrator.

If your not running windows xp you will have to tap f8 when starting system for vista.

Hope this help. :)

I have a panasonic toughbook notebook model cf 18 I recently had major repairs done to this and now I can not get the sound or touch screen to work I am currently running windows xp on this computer

It sounds like the cables for the sound & touchpad were not fully connected. Take it back to the servicer and ask them to reconnect your audio & touchpad cables.

Panasonic CF-73 notebook

This is a Windows error code for a bad hard drive sector, basically you have a bad hard drive. However, if you're using or the restore disc has the partition magic program, it can give a false reading. So, during the install, reformat the hard drive, do a full NTFS format, not the quick format. If the drive will not format, then it's bad. If it does format, but will not install, it's likely that the restore disc is using the partition magic program, and you will need a regular XP disc in order to reload the system. The partition magic was another one of Microsoft's great and brilliant, going to change the future programs that came out hard, and die out in the same manor (hard).
