All folders in pen drive become shortcut - Cell Phones

I have faced same problem. Shortcuts everywhere.
Not once, many times.

I tried many solutions.

Hello there, sadly you have been attacked by a virus named - RECYCLER. This is a very common virus, I also had an encounter with it recently. What zou are going to do in order to delete is:

1.Look for all folders with shortcut arrow.
2.Right click then properties.
3. in the field TARGET delete everything before path to your usb (before eg. F:/Kobac usb).
4.Save settings. Open folder and copy it to harddrive
5. Do this for all folders.
6. When zou finish coping your data, format your USB.
7. To Format fo to My Computer, right click on USB and format.
8. Copy files from harddrive to your USB back
9. Enjoy!

If you did not format your flash drive, then check whether the files are not in

hidden mode.

Click on "Start" -->Run-->type cmd and click on OK.

Here I assume your pendrive as G:

Enter this command.

attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*

Note : Replace the letter g with your flash drive letter.

Now check for your files in Pen Drive.

After that, download the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from the below link

Update it --> Perform "Full Scan"

Note : Default selected option is "Quick Scan".

If there are really important files in your pendrive and you need it then:
convert full pen drive to .rar --->extract each file individuly on ur hard disc. IT WORKS
. i recoverd my full data.
n den format ur pen drive.

You probably have a computer-virus on your pen-drive, that is "hacking" your folders. Virus-scan it.

Well, it's obviously your external WD drive infected with virus which stop you from accessing the data by turning them into shortcuts (such as 1KB or 2KB).
