Yes may be you have not installed any application. But check message folder, contacts in phone memory, the files in gallery, which are located in phone memory, check memory status in file manager.etc If you found delete it or make back up to memory card.Lastly, check the memory card because the inserted memory card might be exceeds to the instructed expandable memory.

I get message"Memory Low" move some data from "C: to phone memory. Pl let me know how to do it

Usually best way is to backup all your data on a pc using nokia suite. Thereafter do a factory reset to the phone then restore back and you will notice that alot of unnecessary data gets stored on phone . Another idea is if you using whatsapp application go to office, then file manager, search for a WA file and will delete quite a bit of unnecessary data. without doing a backup and restore above and if it still gives you the same notification then you have no alternative but to use my first suggestion above . good luck

My memory card memory is not activated so evry time you send somthng the responds is no enuough memory but the memory card memery is empty,so how do i activate the memory card memory.

When a file is sent to your phone the phone memory should be free enough to receive the file. The message ' No enough memory ' shows that your phone memory is too low.So even if your memory card is empty you can't receive the file. Please delete some data from the phone memory or format it by entering *#7370#.Make sure to sync your contacts, bookmarks etc with the PC Suite.I am also a proud owner of Nokia N81.The same thing happened to me a few months back and now its all right. So thanks bro.Your valuable feedback would be appreciated.Good luck.

I have got nokia6600 frequently i will be getting the message as memory full delete some data and the mobile get hanged.. what should i do?

It is a very common problem with Symbian operating system which is having low memory. Do the clean up, and delete everything unnecessary (messages, pictures etc.) from both Memory Card and Phone Memory to free up some space. Switch between Memory Card and Phone Memory by doing the following: 1. Go to Messages 2. Click Options 3. Click Settings 4. Choose Other 5. Find Memory In Use option and select either MC or PM.
If this helps, please rate. Thank you

Back up all your data and file(s), example your contact and messages. Install Nokia PC Suite latest version from the website nokia. By installing nokia pc suite you can open your phone memory card and memory card to save it to your computer. I have problem in phone memory. i have low phone memory

Hello

If the memory on your Nokia cell phone is too low, delete your inbox messages and sent messages from their folders. If you receive email messages, you can also delete retrieved ones from your phone's memory. Deleting saved browser pages may also be very helpful. In addition, you can remove images and photos, contact information, calendar notes, games scores, call timers and any other data that may be taking up memory space unnecessarily. If you need the data later, you can save it by using the Nokia PC Suite to make a backup copy of all of it to your computer (as long as it is compatible). You can also email your images or store data onto a memory card before deleting it.

How can I formate n72 Phone memory . Please reply me

Lack of memory in cellular phones is usually due to installation of too many third party applications and or too many programs running at the same time. Try to free up memory by closing applications that you are not using and ensure that your emails and attachments are being save to your memory card and not your phones storage space. Also be sure to clean out your mobile browsers memory from time to time. install all your programs, music and themes to your memory card. this will surely free up your phones memory and prevent the "low memory" message.

To free device memory, transfer data to a memory card in the file manager. Mark files to be moved, select Move to: folder > Memory card, and a folder.

To free memory from the device or from the memory card, use Image Store available in Nokia PC
Suite to transfer images and video clips to a compatible PC. See the CD-ROM supplied with your device.

To remove data to free memory, use File mgr., or go to the respective application. For example, you can remove the following:

• Messages from Inbox, Drafts, and Sent folders in Messaging

Press, and select Tools > Memory.

"Memory Low, Delete Some Data"

You might want to try a "Hard-Reset" To do this you turn of your phone, press and hold "Answer Call(Green)"+"3"+"*" and then turn it on. This should reset your phone completely and clear the memory. CAUTION, back up all your vital data before you do this, it clears EVERYTHING.
