My Canon Powershot SD 400 won't download photos to my computer. I have a brand new battery. When I connect the camera and turn it on my computer shows the device for a moment and tries to get the data. The camera turns off shortly after it is on (no blinking light). When I unplug the USB it stays on no problem. I also swapped another USB and took out the memory card and battery and put it back in again.
