Pinnacle HD Pro USB 2.0 TV Tuner has begun to have audio syncronization problem with the associated video. It has also started to have problems with dropped video frames...so much so that a recorded program within Vista Ultimate's Media Center is too ******* one's eyes to watch. The video flashes on and off repeatedly so frequently as to cause visual discomfort. A Hauppage PCI Tuner card on the same PC does not display the same symptoms. The computer is a high-end dual-core machine with two gig of RAM, as well, so performance degradation isn't likely the root problem. Help please.
