You can try downloading the most recent video drivers from the nvidia web site and installing them.
Other than that you would probably need to contact Toshiba tech support. Based on the information you provided it sounds like your video card is having a hardware issue. It's the reason you see the same lines on both monitors.

There are a few things it could be Ahmad. It could be a loose break pad or a bad hub. It may be a tie rod knocking. This is your most likely cause, but a few things will cause noises. If it happens when you turn to the right, it may be a bad bearing. You could have axle damage. The only way to tell is by jacking up the car and taking a look. Having a Haynes Manual is a great way to learn and do your own work. You can get them from Autozone or a part store. I would check the tie rod first because they make a distinct knocking sound. driver's are needed for every hardware see your webcam model company and search for it's driver on google for egxample if cyberlink youcam search on google and download it's original driver from any trusted site like brothersoft etc.
