I have a 5 burner Dacor M/SGM365S cooktop. The igniter clicks constantly while I am trying to cook. This only happens on the front right burner. Sometimes it clicks, ignites, flame comes on and then after a few minutes it begins clicking constantly and I have to quit using the burner to stop the clicking. Can you help me. I have spent almost $400.00 on parts and service calls and I still have the problem.

probably a worn wire to the electrode or a cracked ignitor. you are faced with taking off the hobtop and looking - no easy solution. you should not do this unless you are confident and don't interupt the gas path
