Have a braun 600 combimax which has not been used for a year. Now when we plug it in, it will not work. We tried depressing the grey/black button with no result. Is there anything else we can try? Is there a resent button? has it just aged and ceased to work?

Shear pin if it has one is the most likely cause. The add them to shear rather that burning out the motor. Contact Braun for advice on that machine.

Best bet would be to send it to a Braun service center. It is possible that the Blade has now fused to the motor shaft. Try Smallappliance.com, they are authorized and have years of experience with Braun and other products. [email protected]
