I HAVE A VERY AWFUL PICTURE ON MY TV.....IN THE UPPER LEFT CORNER THE PICTURE IS WAVY AND I GO IN TO THE CONVERGENCE AND I CAN CONVERGE THE BLUE AND GREEN BUT I CAN NOT CONVERGE THE GREEN AND RED I CAN GO SIDE TO SIDE BUT GOING UP AND DOWN IT WILL NOT CONVERGE AT ALL....WE HAVE THIS PROBLEM WHEN THE TV HAS BEEN ON TOO LONG SO WE HAVE HAD IT UNPLUGGED AND OFF FOR ALMOST A DAY AND IT IS STILL HAVING THIS PROBLEM I HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO FIX TO TO WATCH TV AND SEE IT CLEARLY CAN ANYONE HELP US?????
Have philips 60pp93 5217 red convergance goes up/down but not side/side. understand to replace the IC chips and what to do...trouble is need schematic of their location on board and which stk to replace with...ANY HELP OUT THERE????
Look for the STK ICs mounted on 2 big heatsinks.
I would suggest to replace both of them once you have the TV taken apart.
I think the part markings are STK392-040.

Found the Stk chips, 392-120, oredered parts and kit to do the job, will update when done
I replaced the IC chips but still the same prob, think I got to replace some resistors...any idea which ones on my tv model 60pp935217?
I replaced the IC chips but they were stk392-120s, still didnt fix problem so tested the resistors and found 2 not gettin reading so think they are the prob as well. trouble is these 2 are different from all the others around them and located on board at position #'s 3153 and 3154 , unsure of what they are since color bands were discolored from being burnt out...any help here?
