We have a samsung 50" plasma. When we have alot of the colour blue on the programme we are watching the TV blacks out for about 5 seconds and comes back on Continously whilst blue is on the screen. It also changes from Ext1 to EXt 2. We have out tv connected to the sky box. WE have had engeniers take the tv away but say there is no problem that it is sky. We have also had sky out who say it isn't sky but to try new scart leads which we have but to no avail. Any ideas what this could be? I have spoken to someone else who had the same TV about 6 months ago and sent it back because the same thing kept happening to them.

U freeze video games 10-20 mins in video game alot of time.Never pause or freeze any kinds of video image in Plasma tv.It very easy cause to burn in Plasma tv problems alots.

The series of the cable should go green red blue into the back. if you put the green in the red and the red into the green it give the TV a red base to go off of for the picture so everything is red. The reason the green cable won't is because it transmits a black and white picture which allows it a nice base to add the green and red to.

Possibly could be the Y buffers --if the are next to each other could be a bad connection on a ribbon cable ---you need to call for service

eithor the flyback just craped out or the tube went
try turning up the flyback failing that call a service tech and ask for a quote
quote cose 30-50 bucks
atleast you will know forsurre if it's worth fixing

You need to get your sky box changed! just ring them up and tell them your problem. the TV is a known issue with certain boxes.
