You do n ot need to enter the Service Tech code to ajust finishers. In fact that code should rarely be entered.
Is the option available while copying?
If it in the driver, select the greyed out option and let the driver inform you of the problem/setting.
Has the finisher been identified in the "instaled options" tab of the driver?
Normally, the driver or panel will indicate what the conflict is if any. If all these have been set correctly, contact whomever installed this finisher and have them do it properly.
Do you have finisher / stapler installed machine, what model finisher you have ? finisher and stapler adjustment is done under service menu. chooce utility, details from laft and stop-0-0-stop-0-1.
