NOTE: Before you ask...Although your microwave carries the GE logo, it is manufactured by Hotpoint.

You are correct that the 363 means it was manufactured by GE.
You have to include the 363 in the model number when looking up parts. 3639619686
I just looked it up on sears.com and repairclinic.com.
You won't find it on GE, they don't list the models they built for other companies.
