I own a Samsung CPL-300N colour laser printer. It is approx 12 months old. When I try to print the printer begins to feed paper, but after a few mils have left the paper tray, the machine stops with a red light. Sometimes the is a paper jam, but most times there is not. I have re loaded tge drivers withthe latest from Samsung to no avail.I wonder if this is a known problem. Trevor Healey. [email protected]

Samsung CPL-300 Color Laser Printer Problem W/ Labels

I work in the comercial printing game, what your describing sounds like the surface finish used on these labels is only suited to black toner. Black requires the least amount of heat to set, where as colours require more radient heat the lighter the colour gets from black. Try printing a black/monotone lable and see if you still get this blistering problem.

Randomly printer stops printing - need switch off and on to restart printing

Sounds like you are just beginning to have problems with the paper feeding. Try cleaning the roller or applying rubber cement per my other post on the paper feed topic.
