1. First make sure that you or anyone with access to your computer has not deleted the software.
2. Try the SEARCH feature: START > SEARCH > (from left panel, select "All files and folders").
Under "All or part of file name", type eManager.exe.
Make sure you select the C: drive under "Look in". You should see the results in the right pane.
3. If you cannot see that listed when you actually get there in Windows Explorer (START,right click and select 'Explore' to bring up Windows Explorer), click on TOOLS (at the top of the window) > Folder Options > View Tab > Hidden Files And Folders. Here click on "Show hidden files and folders". Now you should be able to see all hidden files.
