PJ-TX300 switches lamp off after lamp replacement

I just replaced a PJ-TX300 lamp.When switched on after 30 seconds the Power and Lampred light come on does not gives me time to go to the menu.Any help to resolve this will be appreciated.

This shutdown may be caused by a heat sensor.
Check to see if the cooling fan is turning at all; without cooling the projector should shut down to avoid setting off a fire or other damage.
If the fan is not operating, you may be able to access it to clean with a small brush.
These fans are also prone to failure since they nearly all have sleeve bearings and develop severe wobble or the shaft may just stick.

I think that its a port issue, if all the other ports are working but hdmi is not then one of the pin on the circuit board may have come loose. I have the same issue. Could try to solder it back on or use a glue gun. let me know if this helps?

You might need to replace your lamp driver, or ballast as some call it. This is what strikes the lamp to make it light.

My Sanyo PLC XE31 wouldn't switch on, bulb replacemetn lamp was lit. Changed bulb and now it switches on, green light shows, fans run, and then after approx 30 seconds the red light flashes and it switches...

1, the lamp is ok
2,the lamp ballast is ok
3,seems that the power supply or mother board is defective

Replaced lamp, still does not turn on.

LAMP #BP96-00826A
IF THE TV STAYS ON FOR 30 SECONDS IT MAY BE AN INDICATOR OF A POSSIBLE POSITIONING ISSUE WITH THE LAMP DOOR SWITCH (LITTLE BLUE SWITCH AT LOWER LEFT OF CABINET WHEN LAMP DOOR IS REMOVED.) THIS SWITCH IS SUPPOSE TO BE IN THE DOWN POSITION ONCE THE LAMP DOOR IS SECURED AND HAS CAUSED CONFUSION BEFORE.

Green status light keeps blinking after lamp replacement

continuous blinking green light indicates that the capacitors have failed on the DM pwb. You need the V26 DLP DM repair kit which is available at the following link under their repair category.

PJ-TX100 Projector won´t start up out of Stand-By

Hi Mario

If there is no response on the Projector it normally means that the Mainboard is faulty.

Check if your machine is still under warranty because this quite expensive to replace.

As far as the schematics are concerned - I'm unfortunately not able to help you out with that.

Lamp will not come on

try pressing and holding the enter button on the projector for about 30 seconds - this resets it. It worked for me!!
