Please put off your tv and open the back side of the TV. Look for dirt on the back side of the CRT that is causing the arcing of the high voltage. So when the high voltage is sparking against the ground section the lines are coming to the screen. So use a good dry cloth to clean and wipe clean.Use a good solvent like methy spirit to clean. Check to trial and repeat if the fault is repeating. Make sure the HT lines are not touching but keep them apart to redduce the sparks. Hope this will get the TV right. Good day

When I try to dial out the phone has loud crackling noise.

As Andrew Taylor stated, you could have service problem inside, or outside line trouble, is it worse when raining or wet out and better on warm dry days, sure sign of line problems.
You may also have a faulty phone which will act identical to this, as phones get older and dropped often enough, the circuits start to wear, burn, come loose and cause this static or interference.
Unplug all your phones and try a friends known good phone to see if static goes away, if it does, plug your phones back in one at a time, until you find the bad phone or bad phone jack..

Crackle or popping from EV Sx 100+ speaker

test this : Gd bless you
Line noise is feeding in from the AC line. Use an ac line filter to block the line noise. RF (radio frequency) interference is being picked up by the power line or wiring. Remove sources of RF interference, such as fluorescent lighting or wireless devices not designed to work with audio/video equipment. Wires between the components are on top of one of the components; the transformers are causing RF interference. Be sure that wiring goes behind the components rather than on top or between components. If there is an equalizer in use, there could be a ground loop. Ground loops can be resolved by installing GLI's (ground loop isolators) on the cables connecting to the equalizer.

Crackling noise coming from 1 channel

sounds like you are picking up some interference first try swapping out the RCA cables you are using to connect that component. also keep your RCA cables away from any 110V AC power lines.

same thing with speaker cables, speaker wire should intersect power lines at 90 degrees and should not run parallel to power lines.

many people use the wires that come with their components. these cables are thin and offer very low performance a thicker higher quality cable with a gold connector will not only better maintain the quality of the signal being transferred between components but will also have better shielding to protect the cable from picking up interference from other electrical components and power lines.

Also should point out that a blown speaker sometimes produces a crackling sound, swap your left / right speakers and see if the crackling sound still comes from that speaker if it does you have a blown / damaged component.

Lines horizonal - seems to be caused by voltage to green CRT

Your green CRT is shorted. To test put your red crt socket on the green and your red on the green. then try turning up red control if the green now works its not your tube. If the same thing happens with the red socket on the green you can be sure its the green CRT if the green works properly with the red socket, then you have a problem in the green drive circuit and not the CRT. hope this helps.
