Access the router settings page. Please refer to the manual of your router username and password, then access the wireless settings page. There you'll see the SSID or the Network Name and the Network Key or Passphrase as well. You have an option to personalize it so that you wont forget your passphrase

if you have forgotten your password then the best thing to do is to reset your router. then when you use the driver to set up the router you can put in a new password. The 'reset' button can be found at the back or below the router. use something sharp and small to press on it for at least 5 seconds. let me know if it works
