Messed up.. I just got this TV delivered today and the picture will flicker with lines and will turn itsself off during set up. like i said it is BRAND NEW. i have checked all cables and plugs and nothing seems to be wrong. it is only the picture that seems to do this, the menus look/work fine i cannot have a tech out for a day or two and i was wondering if there is anything i can do? i almost forgot sometimes the picture is fine and then after a while it flickers again. (5 mins or so)

Screen drives could be turn to high RED. GREEN, BLUE,they are located on focus/screen block.

Have your receipt handy and call their customer service. Tell them your tv isn't working properly, make them give you a refund or a new tv.

I have a 32" RCA LCD tv , rlc3210 power input says
Is it hooked up with HDMI cable?

If so try unplugging the HDMI cable and re plugging the cable in, sometimes those cables work loose and if they are not tight, it will cause your screen to flicker. Happens to my TV once in awhile.

Picture settings messed up!
Loose cable or wrong setting. Channel, input type, etc. Also. make sure the audio isn't plugged into the video input [either end]

Flickering Picture?
Your set might have a high voltage leak and that is the noise you hear when is showing the screen problem or even maybe an arking too ,either one is related to the high voltage and it can be dangerous,if you are familiar with tv service you can try to see where is arking and replace the part with an exact replacement but if the set has a leak you will not see it and is not safe to be close to it,if you are not too familiar be safe and call for assistance from a servicer.
