According to HP's website, the driver for your HP PSC 2210 All-In-One printer is already included with Windows 7 and should not need to download any drivers for it.
Please refer to the link below for instructions on installing your printer in Windows 7.

I have an HP PSC 2210 all-in-one ink jet printer. I need print driver software so that this printer can be operated on a new Windows 7 64-bit desktop machine.

The drivers for your HP product are already included in the new Windows 7 operating system.
Use the following instructions to install the basic driver in Windows 7, and then review the workaround procedures to use the available features for your product.

ollow these steps to install the basic driver in Windows 7.
  • Turn the product on.
  • Connect the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable to the printer, and then to the computer. Figure 1: USB cablec01704933.gif

NOTE: When you connect the USB cable to the product, and then to the computer, Windows 7 activates Windows Update. Windows Update searches online for the most recent product driver on the Windows Update site. If the online driver is more recent than the driver stored in Windows 7, the computer downloads and installs the updated driver. The Windows Update process takes place automatically. Therefore, you might not notice that the process is in progress.
A Your devices are ready to use window might display on the screen. If the window displays and does not close automatically, click Close (c01884617.gif ), to close the window.

The basic driver in Windows 7 is enough for printing from a software program, scanning documents, and importing and viewing images on a memory card. Also, using your All-in-One product, you can fax a printed page.

NOTE: not all features will be available if you use the basic Windows 7 drivers

    hope this help

Hp psc 2210 all in one printer

You can't load the software that came with the printer.

HP has a Vista page for your printer. Here is a link: PSC2210 Using Vista

Basically, you need to uninstall the software AND delete the printer from your computer. Disconnect your USB cable. Power up your printer. Connect the USB cable.

The above link gives some workarounds for scanning and importing images.

    PSC 2210 Scanner Doesn't Work

I'm not sure about this specific model, but I've had similar problems with other HP all-in-ones and usually what fixes it is uninstalling and reinstalling the software (make sure to follow their directions properly and not plug the printer in until they tell you to). You should also make sure you're using the most updated software from the HP website rather than the one that came on the CD with the printer which may be outdated.
