On your keypad press in order # * C * .That will put the machine in diagnostics. Then enter 14 like you were making 14 copies. then press 1, then start, that will reset the machine.

What is the error e7

the error e7 may have a variety of "sub-codes" attached to it, each depicting a different problem. hold the start button down to confirm the subcode. the following site offers the technical explanation of the subcodes: http://www.printcopy.info/?l=en&mod=free&chap=erc&brand=sharp&model=ar5320

that is what you asked for but i think the answer will be too technical when you look it up. but you might then google for a repair of that particular code and subcode and see what appears. for that matter, after you determine the subcode, i see no reason why to not contact the manufacturer's support and report the printer information and error code and see if they have a remedy.

here is a site for downloading a manual for such printers. it might simply be a user manual. http://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0cceqfjaa&url=http%3a%2f%2fwww.sharpmea.com%2fcps%2frde%2fxbcr%2fdocuments%2fdocuments%2fom%2f34_ppc%2far5316-5320_om_gb.pdf&ei=csravj7gmuxxmaxsk4hwda&usg=afqjcnedcbf1dnyg_j2h2rxi0ll5sxjrag&bvm=bv.83829542,d.dgy

here is a fellow with a similar problem, an e7 error. but you can see that he was trying to clean the laser and probably disconnected something. http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/sharp/41980-sharp-ar5320-error-code-e7.html?s=84de82058651b6d355c5f09853183f36

good luck.

Sharp aquos error

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. Viewing it in "Mosaic" or "Sidebar" will make surf easy.

H 4 code flashing

The H4 code indicates the fuser may have blown the thermistor. It also could be a false error code. Try this series to clear the error and if it returns, then you'll know for sure the fuser is the culprit. To reset press the following buttons:
  1. Press this sequence: CLR-Exposure-CLR-Exposure
  2. The display will go blank
  3. enter "14", press "PRNT"
  4. Press "CLR" several times to exit.
Give that a try and good luck.

Display shows 'E' , what may be the cause?

There should be two more numbers to that error code. Do you know what they are?

Sharp ar5320 developer reset code

The developer doesn't have a reset code.  It uses a calibration program instead with the reset integrated into it.
Even though the copy quality is fine for now, it can change in the next few days.  You should order some developer.
