Not sure how to put the cleaner into the Bissell flip it?

I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure.
Usually the upper tank is the solution tank and there should be a door to pour the solution or water into the tank and then re-seal, there should be a door or some type of opening to pour the solution in the tank. You should check with your local vac dealer or check your owner’s manual under trouble shooting or instructions. Also check the factory for a copy of the owner’s manual or a download from the factory website. So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.
