I answered this in a different question but I was assuming the air was not coming out of the right vent. If the air is not blowing at all, you need to check for voltage at the blower fuse, the blower motor, and the resistor. If there were a blockage such as a dirty cabin air filter, you should hear the blower running.
Check USB cable. Try different cable and connect it to different usb port. If it is not the cable, do the following driver reinstall: Disconnect printer from usb Remove printer from 'installed printers' in Windows. Install again driver from disk with printer not connected. connect printer when required by setup procedure or after installing drivers. If it still does not wark then the printer is faulty.
If you can send packets but not receive, then the hardware is ok, it is a setting on the card that is incorrect or the Windows connection repair has changed the card address.
If your router is set at Automatic DHCP then it should give your card the correct IP address and also DNS.
In sending your card is trying to communicate with the router but not receiving an answer.
