Hi, i think you might have to enable it in your bios set up, as the system boots up, press either DEL or F2, this will then give you access to your bios set up, using your instruction book, navigate to where the ON BOARD DEVICES ( or what ever your book or bios says it is located ) then see if it is enabled...
