I'm glad I was able to help you. Hopefully you can return the help regarding my assitance on the chat session for your dryer.

Try to uninstall and reinstall your Yahoo Messenger application.

Hi,
Goto your google mail. Then select options there. Under the "chat" tab, click on + symbol which shows you the options to verify the voice and video settings. If it prompts you to install Adobe flash player or Google voice and video plugin, go for it and complete the installation. Now if you could see your webcam video there in Gmail Chat settings window, then it denotes that the driver for your webcam got installed already.
So if you need to cature pictures using webcam, just driver wont help. you need to install some utility software as well for that after the driver installation is done. Please download a such utility from here

try going to tools at the top of your internet browser then internet option then click setting under the tabs section and restore it to default if that does not work try updating your browser to the lastest version

your firewall might be blocking the connection to the site add a exception in your firewall settings

you don't need the utility to answer premium questions or chats, under "my chat status" tick available on the my expertise page and you will get the premium questions.

its look like the chat has enden suddenly any way lets continue here after a giving blue feedack in the chat session/

after installing the utility
plug ur unit and press update.

It could be that your profile does not have enough categories, and the chats that are coming up are not in your profile. Try to add as many categories in the My Profile section..you should be able to see a chat or two. Also note that most of the customers are in the US, so the time difference could be a factor as well..

check the icons on the right side of your lower system tray and see if the fixya utility is there. if it is click on it and make sure that Run at start up and sound notification are both checked then click my status and then sign in. If its not in the system tray double click the icon on your desk top. Let me know if you need more help.
