Question about Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 for PC
LAST WEEK OUTLOOK EXPRESS WHEN OPENED AND E-MAILS WERE DOWN LOADED I GET THE SENDER AND SUBJECT, BUT NO CONTENT / NO ATTACHMENTS...
IF I WRITE A E-MAIL TO MY SELF IT GOES BUT WHEN I RECEIVE IT IS ALSO BLANK.. WITH ONLY THE SUBJECT / BUT NO CONTENT..
I DOWN LOADED INTERNET EXPLORER 7 FROM MICROSOFT WEB SITE AND REINSTALLED.. THEN ALL NEW RECEIVED MAILS WERE READABLE...ONLY FOR 2 DAYS, THEN NOW SAME PROBLEM HAPPEN AND I CAN NOT FIX, I HAVE REINSTALLED / I HAVE RESTORED BACK TO EARLYIER TIME , NOTHTING... NOW HAVE MORE THAN 30 BLANK E -MAILS FOR PAST 4 DAYS.. HOW TO FIX? ALL OLD MAILS ARE READABLE.
SEEMS DBX FILES ARE ALL INTACK

I had many similar problems with my outlook express. But luckily for me, my experience is quite big. And I dug up a proper solution which would be usable for this problem as well - open dbx file.

Well the problem is complicated just go through the sollution given below

telnet pop.tiscali.co.uk 110 and then click the Enter key on your keyboard. You will then be connected to the email server.
If this doesn't work, it may be that TCP/IP has somehow become corrupted within Windows. So try reinstalling TCP/IP. To do this
