Help please i'm not really sure how this site works, i just signed up to ask this one question but do you still have any manuals left? i just got a vivitar v3800n and need a user manual? oh i hope this works and it's not too outdated!

netflix usually will ask u to log in if u have an account, and it sounds like your son in law got u set to go. Do u remember him asking you about what you wanted your password to be? you would have a user name, probably he used your first name. so, go to the netflix site or app, look in the top left or right corner and you should see where it says login, tap on that. when it asks for your password, see if you remember any password you might have used, or, just tell them you forgot your password or username, then , they will ask u to type in your email, and they will send u a message instructing u how to change these things, it is really quite simple and u will be watching videos in about 5 minutes or so. make sure to write them down so u dont forget them. or just sign up again.

Point your web browser at http://www.hotmail.com

If another account comes up, sign out of it by clicking the avatar in the upper-right then clicking "Sign out."

Hello Clara,

Please make sure that you are putting your details in the SIGN IN page, not the SIGN UP / REGISTRATION page.

Go back to iWon Website then click the "SIGN IN" which can be located on the upper left corner of the screen and then type in your username and password (it will not ask for an email address) and click SIGN IN.

on top left side of mail page
click MAIL CLASSIC beside sign out and my account
or
on the top right side of mail page
click options
then click switch to yahoo classic

If you mean "How do I sign out of Yahoo Messenger", these steps are simple :

Right click on the little Yahoo smiley icon at the bottom left on your Toolbar
Under "Sign in to Mobile Phone" and over "Exit" you will see the "Sign Out" button
Click that and you are automatically signed out

(Note: if you have any webcam or voice calls running, you will get an alert asking if you really want to sign out or not)

The only answer you will really get is you will need to go to Yahoo.com and either create a new account or have them send you your password and user name with the email you signed up with if this is the issue, if other issue please post again and let us know what is going on maybe someone will have the direct answer for you. Not sure what the problem is other than what you have explained if you could elaborate further this would be greatly appreciated. The Yahoo server is out of anyone's hands really. Thanks so much. I did manage to find a manual on the Virgin Media website, which I downloaded, so the problem is sorted for now. A shame the installer did not, when asked, let me know this, before he went off, before the stuff was fired up by VM. Nor is it apparent on their website.
I have told them their installation service is v inadequate, as they have not even replied ot my request for help, yet. I have also bookmarked your site, and passed it on to a few techie friends, as it looks really good!

What Windows version are you running? it will really help us a lot if you could provide more details;

Anyway more often this happens when your PC is running on XP(Pro/Home)

If it is you can try the following,;

If your computer is running on Windows XP, normally driver signing is enabled and it will prompt you that an unsigned driver is being installed it will ask you whether you want to install it or not but there are some cases that on the driver signing option that its set to Block unsigned drivers.

To find out which is the current sttings you can go to Control Panel then Look for System
Under the System Properties got the Hardware tab and look for Sriver Signing, on the Driver Signing Options make sure its either set to Ignore or Warn(choose warn so that you are properly noticed if the driver is signed or approved by Windows or Not.

Note: some unsigned drivers may cause your computer to go on bluescreen if its really not compatible or better check 1st on the device's manual if it really is compatible with your system.
