Question about Saeco Magic De Luxe Espresso Machine
I press the brew button, coffee is ground and dumped - no water runs through. I've tried using the steam wand & water comes through it?
Could you please advise how I obtain a manual for a Saeco Magic deluxe

Probably the machine was accidentally programmed to dispense nearly zero volume of coffee. This happens if the Coffee button is held down for several seconds - that starts volume programming the button. Then if the user released the button when the coffee started, the machine thinks that's all the amount the button is supposed to dispense in the future.
To fix: Hold down the coffee button, keep holding it while coffee is ground and dispensed. Once it has reached the volume you want, release the button. In future, the button will dispense that amount of coffee.

If the machine makes a real bad sound as its dumping. Gears are destroyed or damaged.
Grind could also be too fine. There are a few failsafes on the machine, one of which is a timed grind cycle. If it passes a certain amount of time (10-15 seconds) it failsafes and kicks the grounds out.
Try cleaning the grinder out, washing the brew group, and lubing it with the silicone lubricant saeco sells.
