If it is blowing air and the compressor is running you are low on freon more than likely. make sure the fan on the unit is also running it helps it get rid of heat on the external coils. if all fans are running and the compressor is running it is low on freon.

My freezer is not blowing cold out. I hear the compressor running but its not getting cold

most likely bad evaporator fan motor located behind the wall in the freezer, when you open the freezer door you should hear the fan blowing in the freezer unless it's in defrost,if you don't hear it check it in 45 minutes if still no fan it's bad.

99 s40 volvo air con fully replaced but still not blowing cold air

Your compressor may not be engaging, could be activation switch, a relay or the compressor itself if you do not hear it engage when activating A/C.

Have the system charge checked, it is very likely low, if it is you have a leak.

My ac doesn't blow cold

Can you hear the compressor starting? If so, suspect broken pipework and loss of refrigerant. If not, suspect loose wire to compressor or thermostat

Ive owned the 10x6c for 2 years never used it because of my wiring doesn't have a ground,,let my neighbor borrow it and it doesn't blow cool air I hear the compressor turn on but no cool air?

If the compressor is coming on and the air is not cold, it could be that the freon has leaked out. Easiest way to check for no freon is to take the cover off the unit and run it in cool. The high side which is the smaller line coming into the top of the compressor should be hot, and the low side which is the large line coming off the side of the compressor should be cold when the compressor is running. If there is no temperature difference between the high side and low side tubing, you have no freon. Also check for oil residue once you have the cover off. If you spot oil, you had a leak and have no freon.

replace it,most likely the freon leaked out,if the compressor is running and the fan is blowing but not getting cold most likely you have a leak in the sealed system.

NO COLD AIR

If the fan and compressor are both running and no cold air then you’re low on refrigerant,
Thermostatic expansion valve closed or bad , dirty condenser or the valves are bad in the
compressor.

Running fine but blowing warm air

"it seems to work fine but will not get cold"
Not sure how it can work fine and is not cold. When you say work fine, is the light on and the freezer fan blowing but is the compressor running?

Unplug the Ref and wait about 30 min or so, plug it back in and listen for the compressor to start running. You should be behind the Ref to hear this. If you don't hear it start running then you may hear a clicking noise. This clicking is a problen with the compressor start relay. If the compressor runs but still is not cold then it could be low on coolant.
