When a fill valve opens up from time to time to let more water in it is because the rubber flapper is not sealing properly and is allowing water to slowly seep out.
Toto Caryles have a 5 year parts warranty so keep this in mind if ti applies. If replacing the flapper doesn't solve the seepage problem then the flush valve (the white assembly the flapper connects to) may have to be replaced.
Be sure to install the new flapper at the exact chain length as the one you removed.

A small leak under the toilette, the seal has been changed many times and the toilette has even been replaced. Plumber says deffective toilettes? The leak seems to only happen when or after it is...

I've installed a lot of Toto toilets and have had few leaks but, not from the one piece toilets. It might be a problem toilet but, I would be sure the drain is not blocked causing a small back up after the flush.I have seen this happen many times. The toilet can be pulled and a 5gallon bucket of water can be poured down the drain to test this before replacing the toilet. also be sure water is not spraying on the top of the tank lid and leaking down the back of the toilet. If you flush the toilet with the lid off it should be easy to see if that the problem. hope this helps.

My tank bolt holes are leaking

If you cannot tighten them, then they will need to be replaced. Turn off the water supply valve, flush the toilet and bail out as much residual water as possible. Remove the old bolts and separate the tank from the bowl. Replace the old tank gasket and refasten the tank with new bolts, properly placing rubber washers symetrically. An added precaution that I use is (after drying the inside of the tank well) is applying a dab of clear elastomeric sealant to the top of each bolt head, working it past the edges of the bolt heads onto the tank. Allow the sealant to cure as per directions. Open the supply valve slowly and allow the tank to fill. Inspect the tank bolt holes for leaks.

Water runs after it fills up?

I am not familiar with that model, but it sounds like your fill valve is leaking or the water level in the tank is too high. Take the toilet tank top off and flush the toilet. When the water gets full and you hear the water stop ( except for your leak) look at the flush valve. Is water running over the top of it and running into the hole in the middle? Then the float need adjustment.
If you are hearing you leak still, lift up on the float. Did it stop? if so the valve may need adjustment due to it not seating completely. You can probably find something online (youtube) easier than I can explain it.

After two to three days the water starts to appear

hello mam
please check the solenoid walve which controls the water to check this please open the top cover of the washer and see the water line where the water hose pipe is connected there you can find the solenoid walve and observe this as you give the supply and timer switch is ON you hear the sound of the walve operation while it opens the line to take the water and as switch of the mains it should shut the water line to stop the intake of water and if this operation is not happen then please change the solenoid walve.

Toilet makes noise as though it has been running and quickly tops up the tank. I cannot take the top off to see what is going on because of the dual flow system.

The flapper is leaking and needs to be replaced. Different toilets have different style flappers, but they all forma seal from the tank to the bowl at the flush valve. When the flapper is lifted, the water rushes into the toilet bowl.

When they develop leaks, the tank slowly drains, (often unoticable) and eventually the fill valve senses the tank is not completely full and "tops off" the tank.

Buy the best quality flapper available, as the cheap low quality ones often leak right out of the package.

Took tank off and reinstalled 9 times - put new gaskets and rings in - but it leaks. Tank also wiggles a bit.

Go to the hardware store and get a tube of plumber's grease. Then grease up the gaskets and the rubber ring. Snug everything down and if it leaks snug it down a bit more
