Dryer On my dryer the control lock light is on. Directions say hold "end of Cycle signal for 3 seconds". Where is the "end of cycle" button?

I have unplugged the machine and plugged it back in and restarted, just like when a computer needs to be reset/cold boot.

Press and hold the End of Cycle Signal button for 3 seconds or until the Control Lock indicator turns off to unlock the control. This button actually has the marking below it that says " Hold for 3 Seconds to Lock/Unlock Control". You have to check the control for any stuck button and unstuck it if the control still cannot be unlocked with the End of Cycle Signal button and unplugging the dryer for at least 15 minutes. Let us know if the problem persists.

The model number did not cross but here is what the manuals say for a Duet dryer:

CONTROL LOCKED

This feature allows you to lock your settings to

prevent unintended use of the dryer. You can

also use this feature to prevent unintended

cycle changes during dryer operation.

To enable the Control Locked feature:

Press and hold the End Of Cycle Signal button

for 3 seconds. The control is locked when a

single beep is heard and the Control Locked

status light is on.

• When the dryer is off, it is not necessary to

press the Control On button before activating

the Control Locked feature.

To unlock the Control Locked feature:

Press and hold the End Of Cycle Signal button

for 3 seconds to turn this feature off.

NOTE: When the dryer is running and Control

Locked is on, the dryer can be stopped by

pressing the Pause/Cancel button, but cannot
be restarted until the control is unlocked
