I have Microsoft Office 2003 on my Toshiba laptop PC, Windows home XP. A friend installed Microsoft Picture Manager, which I've been trying to uninstall but cannot. I don't find it in any programs that can be deleted when I go to "add/delete programs." Does anyone know how I can delete this program so I can go back to use my Kodak Software to view and SAVE pictures sent to me (I can view them - but w Microsoft Picture Manager, I can't save them plus want to dump the program without having to pay $40 for tech support at Microsoft. Thanks!

Error 1935 occured during installion of microsoft office

This issue may occur if a Microsoft .NET Framework file is being used when you try to install Office 2003. For example, this issue may occur if the Mscoree.dll is being used when you try to install Office 2003.

To work around this issue, restart the computer. Alternatively stop Windows Installer.

If these actions do not resolve the problem, repair the existing installation of the .NET Framework. Alternatively troubleshoot .NET Framework installation issues.

Help I just reinstalled windows XP Home and office 2003. When I try to install my proofing tools 2002 (which have always worked) the programme stops installing saying it can't find office XP. Can any one...

Office XP has to be installed for the proofing tools 2002 installation. Apparently you had Office XP installed and Office 2003 will work with prior versions of office software. Try re-installing your Office XP software.

Microsoft office

If your version of Microsoft Office 2003 came from a legitimate CD, then re-run the CD. If it is not taking your product registration key, then call Microsoft and have them override the blockage. I had to do the same when I wiped my hard drive clean - I found their tech support in this area to be most helpful.

Microsoft Office

Unfortunately, Microsoft Office is separate from Windows. If your computer came preinstalled with Office, I suggest that you contact your PC manufacturer and ask for the Office installer. If that doesn't help, you should purchase one online. There are online stores that sells Office cheaper than regular price.
