You must open the phone completely, disconnecting every wire/ board & dry out piece by piece (do NOT dry using hot air.. use warm/ cool air. Blow dry by fan..hand..air pump etc. This should work I am sure but it all depends on the damage condition of your cell.
Bro that happend to one of n73 before. What i did was have someone open it and and leave it to dry under an electric fan for a few days. When everything was dried, put back together, it worked. If that doesn't work, have a technician to look at the problem for you.
