Searching using https://www.google.com did not locate a manual, but a Sears web site showed a drawing that might be of assistance to someone repairing it.
Check the vacuum modulator on the transmission if it has one. If you pull the vacuum hose off and see any fluid, change it. Make sure you are getting vacuum from the hose. Change the fluid and filter and add 2 bottles of Lucas "Stop Slip." It could help and it can't hurt.
Hi, The mesh does not open. You will need to GENTLY clean each section with running water. Are you using powder or liquid soap? The most common thing that plugs them is food particles. This unit is best served by pre-rinsing the dishes. The mess gets plugged to easily. I hope this helps.
