Bosch dishwashers I have 2 in my kitchen. 10 years old. BOTH have broken part on the top rack of the rolling part. Can I order the parts online? Thank-you.

Check the arm for plugged holes Make sure the screen at the bottom of the dishwasher is clean. Take it out and look to be sure.

7 years is close to its lifespan more to the point bosch parts are very expensive in general it all really depends on whats wrong with it?

Looks like you can get the upper rack for about half that, direct from Sears-

Still kinda pricey if you only have a few bad spots.

There is special touchup coating (never tried it myself, but looks like it gets good reviews, and the price is right)

Or prong covers if you just have rust or damage on the tips (I've used ones like these, the long ones stay on good)

replace the top spray arm and it should work ok again

Sounds like you have 1 of 2 problems. Either your pump is clogged or you need a bigger drain loop.

Contact Bosch and ask if there are any other rack configurations for this model. From memory I think there might be 1. I also remember that they made an insert to go into this particular top draw...check on that also Regards
