The internal screen on my LG Env Touch remains blank after opening. The interenal keypad lights up when opened, but not the screen. The phone did not get wet, to my knowledge, and was functioning properly shortly before hand. Is this something i can fix or do i need to get assiatnce on this matter?

your phone has a dead led screen go to amazon and look up the model and replace the screen

Hi, most screen problems usually happen after a fall or a knock against a solid object. There are two things that might have happened here. One might be, the screen got a hairline crack and the connection to the lcd is broken. The other is that the lcd did not crack, but the connector flex cable is disconnected. The first requires a replacement lcd. The second requires an inspection to see if the flex is disconnected or broken. (You will have to open the phone). If you cannot DIY, then take it to a repair shop. Replacement lcd can be found on ebay.

all you have to do is open it and close it back and it goes away it doesnt hurt the phone at all

Dont have a solution to this problem but the same thing happened to me on mine today...and the bad part is this is the only phone I decided not to take the insurance out for and now I am screwed.

better go to settings and do pen calibration. or check for the ribbon attachment properly

Sounds like a software update or swap the phone out. Hopefully it's under warranty.

there is a small very delicate ribbon cable that connects the screen to the circuit board that has probally broken. it is a common problem on phones that flip like yours does.

Go to settings, display settings, backlight, keypad, internal, and change from there. Good luck!
