My mp-115c printer ive just replaced all the ink,fitted /cleaned correctly yet when i go too print something of the internet it only comes out in Black,no Colour.. WHY? Thanks

The ink cartridge is not properly fitted or installed or does not detect the ink catridge, remove again and fitted it correctly.
.
Also, clean with alcohol the gold chips of the ink cartridge and maybe there is sticky residue when you remove the sticker. Turnoff your printer and plug it on again to refresh the memory.

Take a cue tip with some alcohol to the place where the cartridge meets the carriage. It may loosen up the nozzles so it will print.

The printer head of your tri-color cartridge are damage and it needs to be replace that's why they don't have blue color to print.

..if not mistaken, the error message is Unable to clean, which indicate you will need to replace the waste ink pad and reset the waste ink counter.. you will need to send to the local service centre to get it done..

There may be a problem with the printer's mechanism, electronics, or even the software. You should probably contact the company, and explain the situation. Presuming you have an internet connection, they may be able to correct the software via your computer, over the internet. You'll just have to allow the company access to your machine.

The ink has dried in the print head. If the print head comes out, remove it and apply rubbing alcohol or water with a paper towel to the nozels to disolve the ink. Once the ink seems to be fluid, replace the print head and ink cartridges, do a head cleaning and try printing again.

If the print head cannot be removed, get a childs medicine syringe, draw in some rubbing alcohol. Remove the non printing carts and apply a couple of small drops of alcohol to each ink port on the print head. apply some more drops to the ink port of the carts and replace and try a head cleaning and print.

If this does not work, continue to ask for help. The aim is to save the print head, not buy a new printer.

You will need to clean and/or deep clean the ink cartridges through the maintenance features either located on the menu of the printer or the printer options located in Windows. If that still does not correct the problem then you will need to remove the print head and clean it seperately. I have posted the procedure for that in earlier remedies.

for that you will have to open the printer and remove the head unit,and clean it with moist tissue and alcohol. thanks.

good chance....Print head is blocked very common, what sort of inks were used?

 

 Not economical to repair, buy new! 

To clean a print cartridge you should a glaas of water and 15-25 ml of alcohol and mix it in a small wide pan. Dip the head (usually head is mounted to the cartridge itself) in the solution and move horizontally (while the head portion only submerged) keep it there for 5-10 minutes. This should clean your print head. After the head is dry you can mout it to the printer and print. Caution: Do not touch the electronic contacts on spilt water or alcohol in it. This will damage the printer.
