Hi christina,,,its dont centrifugate???????? hmmm! do you mean spin?
or it dose spin,,, but dont pump out? if its not spining there is a program fault,,,or motor fault,,,,if it dont pump out,,,thats a pump fault,, program fault or a blocked filter,,,the pump has its own motor,,,however if there is a program fault that could cause the pump to fale to pump as well???
my brain hurts now!

My hoover soft wave wash and dryer spins normally but will not drain. the hose is clear, also the waste pipe?

If you have not checked the filter, then you must do so, it is usually located at the bottom front left of washer.
If it has a screw in the handle, then undo the screw first, then unscrew anti-clockwise to remove and clean.

I have a hoover hnwl 6136, and it's not drying properly. Presume I need to clean the filter but I cant find it?! Help?!
