for a refund either call or write to microsoft or contact the supplier of your pc / or vista
in that case you should claim it with lexmark ( you didn't state that you boght the assitance from lexmark , that's why i referred to microsoft since they offer paid assistance as well, but soory that i misunderstood you)
Tip: Cannon printers are the best tested and epson is good to , they are both a lot cheaper to run and are compatible with vista

Why should i apply to microsoft. Ididn`t buy it from them. Ibought the assistance from lexmark. I Guess I`m out the ten dollars. will go out and buy a new printer, but it will not be a lexmark . thanks for nothing!!!
