The motor run for about 5 second and stop, it keepe doing that since this morning. what should I do?

if the engine (compressor motor) is running but there is no cooling, most probably there is no more freon gas in the system... please refer to refrigerator technician

that motor noise if it is the compressor is not a good sign. You will need a service tech to inspect it to make an educated decision on what to do next. I would replace the freezer if it would be cheaper than the repairs

The first thing that I would look at is the compressor relay. The relay gives extra windings in the motor, power to get the compressor up to speed. It is a small thing that carrys a heavy load. (MORE)

Installed hard start Kit for this little freezer. No help. Needs new compressor.

I would not change the pump. If it runs for 3-5 minutes and stops, it has to be a control. The control board runs the freeze cycle for the first 5 minutes. This prevent "Short Cycling" of the freeze cycle. The board looks at the float after the first 5 minutes for the proper water level but should not effect the pump. If the pump does not run in the wash mode, check out the "Power/ Wash" switch. I would start there before I go spending hundreds on pump motor or control board. You may be able to get by on a $20 fix! Do this and get back to me. We will get it going.

Check the condenser fan motor (next to compressor) make sure it is running. Next change relay (inside black box) on compressor.

You have problem with the motor compressor,it is trying to start, but cannot for one reason or another, could be siezed motor, sticking start relay.etc'
It is stopping and starting due to the motor overload device cutting in and out. it acts as a safety device.
This is usually associated with a serious malfunction..Plz rate my solution.

The compressor is overheating and not starting. Could be just the start relay. If this happens again try unplugging it for about an hour then it should work for a while. Heat between doors is normal this is an electric heater designed to keep the doors from sweating. You just noticed it because the refrigerator wasn't cold.
