You can do a factory reset by:

1. holding the Camera button (i.e. top - 'on' and bottom - 'camera') while turning on your Motorola Blur
2. When prompted (you've 10 secs to do this) hit the Volume-Down rocker button to go into Recovery Mode.
3. After you get into Recovery Mode, press 'ALT W' to reset, then Menu Back to reboot.

if it came with software load it up then look in tools and hit upgrade if not buy software

You need to check the Fuse on the Power Wire and check the ground wire to see if has loosened up. Also check Power Wire as well.

Hi, I had this problem once.You know what I did?I bought a new one,the updater thing seems to indicate that the device is dead....
