DVD region hack available?

If you suffer from region code troubles, you can download a region free DVD player software tool on your pc and then you can play discs of any regions you want. You can try Leawo Blu-ray Player which is a free Blu-ray player and a region free player.
tip

Sony DVP-NS725P Region free code.

This region free hack also works for the DVP-NS725P using the original remote control. If the first one fail try the second one, it works like a charm.
Thanks a lot....

SONY DVP-NS300, DVP-NS305, DVP-NS400D, DVP-NS700, DVP-S330, DVP-S335, DVP-S360, DVP-S336, DVP-S525D, DVP-S530D, DVP-S535D, DVP-S536D, DVP-S725D, DVP-S735D

Multi-Region:

Turn On the unit with the remote controller
Wait until "no disc" appears in the unit's display
Press Pause, 3, 1, 4, 1, 5, 9
The word "CODE" should appear in the display
Within five seconds, press the key that corresponds to the zone you want i.e. 0 for region free, 1 for region 1, 2 for region 2 and so on
Again, within 5 seconds, press Pause and Power
If the above fails to work then you may wish to try the following:

Put the player into Standby mode
Press 1 and Return on remote for region 1, 2 and Return for region 2, and so on. Use 0 and Return to return player to default region settings
Press P-Mode and Return to play DVD's with the selected region, auto-switching is Off
Press Audio and Return for auto-switching On
Press Angle and Return for MacroVision On
Press Subtitle and Return for MacroVision Off

Please can you tell me how to make my Sony BDP-S360 Blu-Ray DVD player region free?.

At one time there were illegal services which would modify your gear, if you paid and mailed them the device. I don't think that is possible now; it was never advisable.
The DVD distributors have a large vested interested in controlling sales by region. For a premium price, you can buy a multi-region player.
There is really nothing you can do unless you want to play the risky game of downloading firmware modifications which could leave you with a "brick" that won't play anything.

H i got sony bdp-s360 bluray i want to do multi region

If it's multi region Blu-Ray that you're after, then you've got a problem as this machine is simply not hackable without wholesale hardware changes inside the machine. The same also applies for most other standalone Blu Ray players from major brand names.

If it's just multi-region DVD playback then it IS possible but not advisable.

You'll need either a service remote (not sold to the general public and very expensive) or an Allsop All-4-1 universal remote control; there are reports that it can also be done using a Nokia N95 and Psiloc software. The links will tell you more.

BUT...
it's not advisable. It invalidates your manufacturers warranty/UK Sale of Goods Act protection and my experience of Blu Ray is that there's a good chance that you'll need the warranty at some point. The hack can also go wrong leaving you with an expensive hunk o' junk. Given that you may already have a multi region DVD player and if not can buy a really good hackable model for as little as £25 it just isn't worth doing.
